So who else wants a guaranteed business plan?

 

I’m Mike Winicki and I’ve been helping both new and existing entrepreneurs get financing for close to ten years now.   And in that time I’ve helped people just like you get millions of dollars in financing.

Let me tell you that banks and other financial institutions want to make loans… they really do BUT you’ve got to have a top-flight business plan.  And please don’t assume “top-flight” means a business plan that is based on “pie-in-the-sky” numbers.  Any loan committee worth its weight will see right through that.  But, that’s why my business plans are so successful. 

I don’t make them unrealistic.  They’re very down to earth and that’s what financial institutions want.   I’ve been in front of loan committees many times… I know how the game is played.

If you just want me to help you edit your plan without actually having to do any writing or research I’ll do it for $250 and that gives you 2 rounds of edits.

If you want me to actually do the narrative (you’ll have to supply the research or as much research as I need) and you or your accountant doing the financials, then the cost is $500.

If you want me to do the whole plan including the financials (you’ll still have to do some of the research) the price is $1,000.

If you choose the $1,000 option and I create a business plan for you that after its finished does not get you any financing (you have to be turned down from at least 4 accredited financial institutions) then I will refund every single penny that you’ve paid me!

Now that guarantee doesn’t cover turn-downs due to bad credit or due to your financial condition such as you don’t have a co-signer.  But if your plan is turned down because the idea is flawed then I’ll give you back every cent you paid me!  Just send to me copies of the 4 “turn-down” letters and I’ll send you back your money.  It really is that simple.
